## What you'll do

• •Conduct gap analyses to strengthen infrastructure and maintain exceptional uptime.
• •Own high-priority infrastructure projects and foster accountability.
• •Contribute as a staff/principal-level engineer, writing high-quality code.
• •Mentor and develop your team, recruit top talent.
• •Implement robust security practices and ensure compliance.
• •Optimize deployment pipelines for frequent, reliable production releases.
• •Partner with engineering leads to align platform initiatives with company priorities.
