## What you'll do

• •Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cards and Local Stablecoins.
• •Lead the full card lifecycle: issuance, activation, transaction flows, limits, fees, FX, cashback, chargebacks, and card controls.
• •Define and evolve Earn and Borrowing features tied to card products.
• •Drive integrations with card issuers, processors, and payment networks.
• •Manage a dedicated product team; hire, mentor, and set goals.
• •Set and own KPIs for the vertical, tying them to revenue and user growth.
• •Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations.

• •7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in fintech or crypto.

• •Strong understanding of card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), issuer relationships, and compliance requirements.
• •STEM degree is a plus.
