## What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cards and Local Stablecoins.
  • Lead the full card lifecycle: issuance, activation, transaction flows, limits, fees, FX, cashback, chargebacks, and card controls.
  • Define and evolve Earn and Borrowing features tied to card products.
  • Drive integrations with card issuers, processors, and payment networks.
  • Manage a dedicated product team; hire, mentor, and set goals.
  • Set and own KPIs for the vertical, tying them to revenue and user growth.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in fintech or crypto.
  • Deep expertise in card products — issuance, processing, transaction flows, cashback, chargebacks, FX.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling financial products end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), issuer relationships, and compliance requirements.
  • STEM degree is a plus.
