## What you'll do
- •Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cards and Local Stablecoins.
- •Lead the full card lifecycle: issuance, activation, transaction flows, limits, fees, FX, cashback, chargebacks, and card controls.
- •Define and evolve Earn and Borrowing features tied to card products.
- •Drive integrations with card issuers, processors, and payment networks.
- •Manage a dedicated product team; hire, mentor, and set goals.
- •Set and own KPIs for the vertical, tying them to revenue and user growth.
- •Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements
- •7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in fintech or crypto.
- •Deep expertise in card products — issuance, processing, transaction flows, cashback, chargebacks, FX.
- •Proven track record of launching and scaling financial products end-to-end.
- •Strong understanding of card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), issuer relationships, and compliance requirements.
- •STEM degree is a plus.
