Head of Product / CPO

BK Leon is seeking a talented Head of Product/CPO to lead product development and strategy in the betting industry. BK Leon is one of the first officially operating companies in Russia that accepts online bets. We have been working since 2016 and rightfully call ourselves veterans of the domestic betting market.

• •Formulating and agreeing on the product roadmap;
• •Setting OKRs for the team;
• •Collaborating with the CPO of the product department and key stakeholders, participating in the development and promotion of a compelling product vision that aligns with our company's mission;
• •Deeply interacting with users (research, customer development), understanding their needs, behaviors, and identifying pain points;
• •Analyzing market trends and competitors;
• •Participating in the creation and testing of prototypes;
• •Compiling and adjusting work plans according to company goals, implementing them with the development team;
• •Working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts in a cross-functional team.

• •Product and product team development;
• •Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
• •Researching and identifying growth points that provide products with a competitive advantage and unique value to users;
• •Independently determining key goals and metrics and monitoring their achievement;
• •Independently forming and testing hypotheses, transforming them into specific projects;
• •Participating in creating a culture of responsibility and innovation within the team, inspiring and motivating colleagues to take risks and learn from mistakes.
