What you'll do
- •Lead the Risk & KYC function and manage daily operations.
- •Develop and maintain KYC, AML, and risk policies and procedures.
- •Oversee customer onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic reviews.
- •Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
- •Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.
- •Work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.
