What you'll do
- โขManage the sales department and be responsible for achieving revenue targets;
- โขDevelop and scale the team: participate in hiring, onboarding, and training employees;
- โขAnalyze the sales funnel, identify growth points, and implement improvements;
- โขDevelop and implement scripts, regulations, and work standards;
- โขControl the quality of managers' work and the efficiency of processes;
- โขWork with CRM, analytics, and key metrics of the department;
- โขForm reports and participate in the strategic development of the direction;
- โขInteract with other departments to achieve common business goals.
