Description
Responsibilities
- โขFull audit of current sales state: conversion, average check, bottlenecks โ documented and presented to CEO
- โขDefine ICP and outbound strategy from scratch
- โขPersonal pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, commercial proposals, closing (initially done by yourself)
- โขHandle objections in real negotiations
- โขIdentify upsell opportunities with existing clients
- โขSmooth handover of clients to Operations after closing โ without loss of information
- โขCoordinate with Legal/Compliance and Finance
- โขRelay client insights to Product
Scaling Phase (Months 6-12)
- โขHire and develop 2-3 sales managers (hunters and farmers)
- โขCreate sales playbook: qualification logic, scripts, deal stages, objection handling
- โขDevelop partnership and agency channels for acquisition
- โขMaintain a stable, predictable pipeline with regular reporting to CEO
Conditions
- โขWork format: full-time, fully remote. No micromanagement โ you are responsible for results, not hours.
- โขSalary: $2,000 โ $3,000/month (depending on experience)
- โขBonus: tied to results (agreed upon at the start)
- โขProbation period: 3 months
- โขVacation: flexible system โ +5 days each quarter, up to 20 days available at any time, unused days carry over.

Requirements
Requirements
- โข3-5+ years in B2B sales, Senior level with personal deal closure, not just team management
- โขExperience building a sales funnel from scratch - without ready infrastructure, warm leads, or scripts
- โขExperience managing a team of sales managers
- โขUnderstanding of fintech/crypto market at the product level: OTC, wire, crypto-fiat
- โขDaily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI CRM, etc.)
- โขStrong negotiation skills, experience with large deals ($50K+)
- โขIndependence - set tasks for yourself, do not wait for micromanagement
- โขEnglish B2+ (written and spoken, for client interactions)
