Description

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขFull audit of current sales state: conversion, average check, bottlenecks โ€” documented and presented to CEO
  • โ€ขDefine ICP and outbound strategy from scratch
  • โ€ขPersonal pipeline: outreach, discovery calls, commercial proposals, closing (initially done by yourself)
  • โ€ขHandle objections in real negotiations
  • โ€ขIdentify upsell opportunities with existing clients
  • โ€ขSmooth handover of clients to Operations after closing โ€” without loss of information
  • โ€ขCoordinate with Legal/Compliance and Finance
  • โ€ขRelay client insights to Product

Scaling Phase (Months 6-12)

  • โ€ขHire and develop 2-3 sales managers (hunters and farmers)
  • โ€ขCreate sales playbook: qualification logic, scripts, deal stages, objection handling
  • โ€ขDevelop partnership and agency channels for acquisition
  • โ€ขMaintain a stable, predictable pipeline with regular reporting to CEO

Conditions

  • โ€ขWork format: full-time, fully remote. No micromanagement โ€” you are responsible for results, not hours.
  • โ€ขSalary: $2,000 โ€“ $3,000/month (depending on experience)
  • โ€ขBonus: tied to results (agreed upon at the start)

Requirements

Requirements

  • โ€ข3-5+ years in B2B sales, Senior level with personal deal closure, not just team management
  • โ€ขExperience building a sales funnel from scratch - without ready infrastructure, warm leads, or scripts
  • โ€ขExperience managing a team of sales managers
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of fintech/crypto market at the product level: OTC, wire, crypto-fiat
  • โ€ขDaily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI CRM, etc.)
  • โ€ขStrong negotiation skills, experience with large deals ($50K+)
  • โ€ขIndependence - set tasks for yourself, do not wait for micromanagement
  • โ€ขEnglish B2+ (written and spoken, for client interactions)
