Description
What you'll do
As Head of Sales, you will:
- โขAudit current processes and build an effective sales funnel
- โขDevelop strategy, scripts, reporting, and motivation systems
- โขRecruit, train, and develop the sales team
- โขParticipate in key deals and analyses
- โขImplement CRM from scratch and sales analytics

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- โข2โ3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience
- โขExperience building a sales funnel for complex deals and scaling a team from scratch
- โขPractice in implementing CRM, KPIs, motivational programs, and scripts
- โขEnglish proficiency at B2+ level
- โขProven experience entering foreign markets is a plus
- โขSystematic thinking, leadership qualities, and result orientation
