What you'll do

As Head of Sales, you will:

  • โ€ขAudit current processes and build an effective sales funnel
  • โ€ขDevelop strategy, scripts, reporting, and motivation systems
  • โ€ขRecruit, train, and develop the sales team
  • โ€ขParticipate in key deals and analyses
  • โ€ขImplement CRM from scratch and sales analytics

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • โ€ข2โ€“3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience
  • โ€ขExperience building a sales funnel for complex deals and scaling a team from scratch
  • โ€ขPractice in implementing CRM, KPIs, motivational programs, and scripts
  • โ€ขEnglish proficiency at B2+ level
  • โ€ขProven experience entering foreign markets is a plus
  • โ€ขSystematic thinking, leadership qualities, and result orientation
