What you'll do

  • β€’Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion across the crypto and digital assets ecosystem
  • β€’Own and deliver against sales targets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • β€’Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • β€’Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
  • β€’Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise and institutional opportunities
  • β€’Develop and manage relationships with key clients, partners, exchanges, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • β€’Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Account Management teams to align commercial objectives and maximize customer value
  • β€’Drive pipeline generation through direct sales efforts, partnerships, events, and industry networks
  • β€’Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with prospective clients and partners
  • β€’Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
  • β€’Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings
  • β€’Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
