Overview

Looking for a Head of Sales B2B in a fintech/crypto company. Fully remote role with a salary of $2000-$3000 plus bonuses. Responsibilities include building sales functions from scratch and managing a sales team. We are engaged in real B2B financial operations: OTC transactions, wire transfers, crypto-fiat. We work with live clients and close deals every day — not piloting hypotheses. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales B2B to build the sales function from scratch.

Responsibilities

First 6 months (operational phase):

  • Conduct an audit of current sales and provide a report to the CEO;
  • Build outbound strategy and ICP from scratch;
  • Independently manage the pipeline: outreach ➡️ calls ➡️ proposals ➡️ closing deals;
  • Work with client objections and seek upsell opportunities;
  • Transfer acquired clients to the Operations department and convey insights to Product.

Months 6-12 (scaling):

  • Hire and train a team of 2-3 sales managers;
  • Create a sales playbook (scripts, stages, regulations for working with objections);
  • Develop partner and agency channels for acquisition;
  • Build a predictable pipeline with regular reporting to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales at a Senior level with a personal successful deal closure;
  • Experience in building a sales funnel from scratch (without a ready database and warm leads);
  • Experience in managing a team of sales managers;
  • Clear understanding of crypto/fintech products (OTC, wire, crypto-fiat);
  • Experience with large deals (from $50K+ per deal);
  • Active use of AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.);
  • English language at B2+ level (written and spoken);
  • High independence and ability to take responsibility.
