What you'll do
- •Lead the sales department. Organize the work of the sales team, set tasks, control their execution, and distribute workload.
- •Planning and analysis. Develop and adjust the sales plan, analyze conversion rates, average check, and other KPIs. Use CRM systems to track metrics.
- •Strategic development. Implement a sales system, including regulations, scripts, and customer service standards. Develop and launch marketing campaigns and new services.
- •Client interaction. Personally engage with key (high-ticket) clients, manage complex deals until payment and project start. Control the quality of incoming inquiries, response speed, and lead them to booking and payment.
- •Staff motivation and training. Develop a motivation system, conduct training, and teach managers sales techniques and objection handling.
- •Interaction with other departments. Coordinate work with production (control deadlines for car delivery and quality of work), administrators, and marketing department.
- •Reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on department performance for management.

- •Schedule. 5/2, but flexible schedule or hybrid (office + client visits) is possible.
