Head of Security Engineering (AWS/KMS)

KeyRock is hiring a Head of Security Engineering to lead their security engineering program, focusing on AWS and KMS in a remote, full-time role.

As Leader of Security Engineering, you will set the technical direction and execution for Keyrock’s security engineering program—building secure-by-design cloud foundations, developer paved roads, and cryptographic/key-management controls appropriate for a high-availability trading environment.

## What you'll do

• •Lead and grow a high-performing security engineering team.
• •Establish engineering patterns that balance speed and control.
• •Own cloud security architecture for AWS.
• •Build preventative controls using infrastructure-as-code.
• •Own the enterprise encryption program in AWS.
• •Embed security into the SDLC.
• •Partner with Security Operations for engineering-driven outcomes.
