Head of SMM

Mary Blooms is seeking a Head of SMM to lead their social media and influence strategies, focusing on brand recognition and business results. Mary Blooms is a growing women's clothing brand. We are building a strong, recognizable brand with a clear aesthetic and communication.

• •Manage women's and children's SMM & influence directions, organize team work (SMM specialist, assistant, content contractors)
• •Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM & influence strategy to grow social networks and increase traffic to the marketplace
• •Create funnels in social networks, evaluate the effectiveness of social media, maintain reporting, defend the RnP direction
• •Formulate the brand's Tone of Voice in social networks, ensure compliance with a unified visual and communication strategy
• •Regularly plan and post content on social networks, check ready materials
• •Organize off-site content shoots
• •Organize collaborations with influencers, measure and propose ideas to enhance effectiveness

• •Income level is discussed individually
• •Work schedule 5/2, flexible hybrid (mandatory presence in St. Petersburg for shoots)
• •Employment under the Labor Code, SZ or IP
