- •Define the product promotions and incentives that go into advertising: which offer, for which segment, in which market. Work with the product team to ship them and measure the lift.
- •Make budget decisions from data, not from intuition. Define which events and metrics need tracking, set the requirements for our analysts, and run structured experiments to prove a channel actually adds users instead of taking credit for them.
