## What you'll do

• •Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits and withdrawals.
• •Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing.
• •Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
• •Coordinate network upgrades and token events.
• •Monitor internal alerts and collaborate to react to incidents.
• •Review and optimize internal processes.
• •Collaborate with Customer Support and external parties.
• •Drive business growth strategy and develop new products.

• •5+ years in crypto wallet operations or blockchain infrastructure.
• •8+ years in Product/Operations Management.
• •Familiarity with blockchain technologies (EVM, Polkadot, Cosmos).
• •Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools and DeFi protocols.
• •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
• •Tradfi experience in Issuer Services & Custody is a plus.
