World is seeking a Head of Worldchain to lead the architecture and technical roadmap for their blockchain, ensuring economic security and decentralization.

## What you'll do

• •Lead Chain Roadmap: Work with key stakeholders across products to define in-protocol changes to the chain architecture.
• •Decentralization: Design a credible decentralization strategy for the chain.
• •Interoperability and DevX: Ship SDKs for uniqueness and credential attestations.
• •Team and technical visibility: Build a senior, co-located SF team across protocol, ZK, security, and infra.

## Conditions

• •Salary range: $306,000 - $360,000.
