Overview

Fintech company in Limassol is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and provide user support.

Responsibilities

  • β€’Ensure the smooth operation of IT equipment (computers, printers, network equipment, etc.)
  • β€’Prepare workstations (set up PCs, provide access)
  • β€’Install/setup and troubleshoot software
  • β€’Provide technical support to users on-site and via remote access
  • β€’Register requests in ticket systems, consult users, and resolve incidents
  • β€’Communicate in writing with company employees in Russian and English (level from B1)
  • β€’Conduct work on upgrading and maintaining the company's LAN
  • β€’Encrypt/Decrypt work PCs
  • β€’Maintain documentation

Requirements

  • β€’At least 2 years of experience in technical support
  • β€’Understanding of ticket systems (experience with Atlassian products like Jira/Confluence is a plus)
  • β€’Developed technical knowledge
  • β€’Good knowledge of macOS/Windows/Linux OS
  • β€’Knowledge of PC hardware, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • β€’Understanding of network principles
  • β€’Ability to perform troubleshooting
  • β€’Communication skills and a desire for professional development
