Overview
Fintech company in Limassol is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and provide user support.
Responsibilities
- β’Ensure the smooth operation of IT equipment (computers, printers, network equipment, etc.)
- β’Prepare workstations (set up PCs, provide access)
- β’Install/setup and troubleshoot software
- β’Provide technical support to users on-site and via remote access
- β’Register requests in ticket systems, consult users, and resolve incidents
- β’Communicate in writing with company employees in Russian and English (level from B1)
- β’Conduct work on upgrading and maintaining the company's LAN
- β’Encrypt/Decrypt work PCs
- β’Maintain documentation

Requirements
- β’At least 2 years of experience in technical support
- β’Understanding of ticket systems (experience with Atlassian products like Jira/Confluence is a plus)
- β’Developed technical knowledge
- β’Good knowledge of macOS/Windows/Linux OS
- β’Knowledge of PC hardware, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- β’Understanding of network principles
- β’Ability to perform troubleshooting
- β’Communication skills and a desire for professional development
