What you'll do
- •Source and coordinate a diverse range of VIP events, such as hospitality at sporting events, concerts, luxury dinners, and entertainment outings.
- •Administrate tickets to the Kaizen Gaming-sponsored events across all our markets.
- •Identify suitable gifting opportunities, carefully select thoughtful gifts, and manage the gifting process.
- •Assist the Key Account Management team in developing the quarterly event and gifting plans.
- •Collaborate with vendors, venues, travel agencies, and service providers.
- •Manage budgets for hospitality events and gifting programs.
- •Support the implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end process for events and gifting requests.
- •Gather feedback from customers to assess the effectiveness of events and gifts.
