Overview

Responsibilities

  • β€’Full management of HR administration in Cyprus in accordance with local labor legislation
  • β€’Administration of the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, contractual changes, leave management, and terminations
  • β€’Preparation and administration of employment contracts, addendums, and other employment-related documentation
  • β€’Registration of employees and management of employment-related procedures through official government portals in Cyprus
  • β€’Ensuring full compliance with Cypriot labor law and internal company policies
  • β€’Handling employment processes for foreign nationals, including work permits, residence permits, and other required documentation
  • β€’Liaising with government authorities, legal advisors, payroll providers, and external partners when necessary
  • β€’Advising employees and managers on HR administration and labor law–related matters
  • β€’Maintaining accurate HR documentation and employee records

Requirements

  • β€’Strong practical knowledge of Cypriot labor legislation and its day-to-day application
  • β€’Proven experience in full-cycle HR administration in Cyprus
  • β€’Hands-on experience working with official government portals and employment registration systems in Cyprus
  • β€’Experience supporting employment processes for foreign nationals, including immigration and relocation documentation
  • β€’Knowledge of Cypriot immigration legislation will be considered an advantage
  • β€’Fluent English is mandatory; Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage
  • β€’High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • β€’Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously
  • β€’Experience working with HRIS and digital documentation systems is a plus
