## What you'll do

• •Collaborate with leaders to understand business goals and adapt HR strategy
• •Assist in hiring planning, job profiling, and recruitment control
• •Establish onboarding processes and evaluate their effectiveness
• •Develop employee motivation, engagement, and retention strategies
• •Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports
• •Support organizational changes
• •Foster employee training and growth
• •Handle labor cases
• •Improve and automate HR processes
