Description
What you'll do
- •Conduct regular meetings with business units and maintain alignment with business goals
- •Advise leaders on HR matters and people strategy
- •Support performance management processes: employee development, career planning, disciplinary actions
- •Analyze HR metrics and trends for business decision-making
- •Resolve complex employee relations cases and conduct investigations
- •Monitor the application of HR policies and procedures
- •Manage changes in the employee lifecycle: promotions, transfers, and other changes
- •Support performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other HR cycles
- •Work with HRIS (BambooHR) and interact with payroll providers
- •Plan headcount together with managers
- •Participate in final stages of recruitment and onboarding processes
- •Develop Employee Referral Program

Requirements
- •3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- •Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- •Experience with compensation, employee relations, and talent management
- •Experience with HR systems, preferably BambooHR
- •Higher education in HR, business, or related field
- •Excellent organizational and communication skills
- •Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
- •Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office
