- •Coach leaders on career development, change management, and complex HR cases
- •Analyze HR data and prepare recommendations for management based on metrics
- •Ensure compliance with HR policies, manage employee relations, and mitigate HR risks
- •Collaborate with other teams in the People Team for effective HR program implementation
