Join a global tech company as an HR Business Partner, managing onboarding, employee engagement, and performance reviews in the iGaming industry. Our client is a global tech company with over 400 professionals, developing scalable SaaS platforms and innovative white-label solutions for the iGaming industry. For more than 10 years, they have built a strong reputation as a reliable technology partner, delivering full-cycle software products and supporting clients in licensing and market operations. The company values technological excellence, autonomy of engineering teams, and continuous innovation across international markets. Today, their team of 400 professionals from around the world operates out of two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

What you'll do

  • โ€ขManage onboarding and smooth integration of new hires
  • โ€ขOversee and monitor the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with TLs and PMs
  • โ€ขEnsure timely completion and documentation of internal trials
  • โ€ขConduct offboarding for employees who do not pass trials or leave the company (including remote staff)
  • โ€ขFoster employee engagement and strengthen company culture
  • โ€ขConduct 1:1 meetings and team health checks to identify risks and improvement areas
  • โ€ขSupport TLs and PMs in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts
  • โ€ขParticipate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives (hard and soft skills)
