HR Business Partner

Join a global tech company as an HR Business Partner, managing onboarding, employee engagement, and performance reviews in the iGaming industry. Today, their team of 400 professionals from around the world operates out of two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

• •Manage onboarding and smooth integration of new hires
• •Oversee and monitor the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with TLs and PMs
• •Ensure timely completion and documentation of internal trials
• •Conduct offboarding for employees who do not pass trials or leave the company (including remote staff)
• •Foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture
• •Conduct 1:1 meetings and team health checks to identify risks and improvement areas
• •Support TLs and PMs in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts
• •Participate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives (hard and soft skills)
