For more than 10 years, they have built a strong reputation as a reliable technology partner, delivering full-cycle software products and supporting clients in licensing and market operations. Today, their team of 400 professionals from around the world operates out of two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.
What you'll do
- โขManage onboarding and smooth integration of new hires
- โขOversee and monitor the trial period process, including goal setting and evaluation with TLs and PMs
- โขEnsure timely completion and documentation of internal trials
- โขConduct offboarding for employees who do not pass trials or leave the company (including remote staff)
- โขFoster employee engagement and strengthen company culture
- โขConduct 1:1 meetings and team health checks to identify risks and improvement areas
- โขSupport TLs and PMs in managing low performance and resolving team conflicts
- โขParticipate in performance review cycles, motivation programs, and employee development initiatives (hard and soft skills)
