What you'll do

Requirements

  • โ€ข3+ years of experience in an HRBP role
  • โ€ขDeep understanding of onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes
  • โ€ขKnowledge of Compensation & Benefits
  • โ€ขExperience with HR metrics and analytics
  • โ€ขSkills in change management and stakeholder management
  • โ€ขUpper-Intermediate English
  • โ€ขStrong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
