Description
What you'll do
- •Develop workforce strategies in line with business growth
- •Work with department leads on organizational design and internal mobility
- •Manage Performance Management and succession planning processes
- •Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance
- •Develop eNPS initiatives and employee engagement
- •Onboard and mentor new managers
- •Create leadership development initiatives and Employee Experience programs
