Overview

Nexters is looking for an HR Business Partner to support employees throughout their lifecycle, build partnerships with leaders, and enhance team health in a hybrid work environment. Nexters is an international GameDev company that is part of the GDEV holding.

Responsibilities

  • โ€ขSupport employees at all stages of the lifecycle: onboarding, development, career changes, and offboarding
  • โ€ขBuild partnerships with leaders and maintain team health
  • โ€ขSupport Performance Review, Salary Review, and Talent Review cycles
  • โ€ขAssist managers with employee development, goal setting, and career growth
  • โ€ขAnalyze HR metrics, identify risks, and propose initiatives to improve engagement and retention
  • โ€ขInteract with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring issues
  • โ€ขWork with HR systems and participate in automating HR processes

Requirements

  • โ€ขExperience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3 years
  • โ€ขUnderstanding of Performance Management, Talent Review, and Compensation & Benefits processes
  • โ€ขExperience conducting engagement surveys, eNPS, and working with improvement plans
  • โ€ขKnowledge of labor legislation basics in various jurisdictions
  • โ€ขAbility to work with HR metrics and analyze data
  • โ€ขSkills in conducting difficult conversations and managing conflict situations
  • โ€ขRussian and English at Upper-Intermediate level
