## What you'll do

• •Act as a strategic partner for business and develop HR strategies aligned with departmental goals
• •Support managers and employees on all HR matters (talent management, performance, organizational structure)
• •Launch initiatives on engagement, diversity, wellbeing, and retention
• •Work on workforce planning and succession management
• •Support change management and internal communications
• •Collaborate with recruitment for hiring and onboarding talents
• •Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle labor cases

• •Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisor
• •Experience in international tech or iGaming environments is a plus
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Knowledge of UK and international labor laws (EMEA preferred)
• •Experience in implementing HR initiatives (engagement, performance, retention)
• •Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• •High level of responsibility and confidentiality
• •Fluent in English
