What you'll do
- •Consult with leaders on HR matters and build partnerships with the business
- •Participate in organizational planning, team formation, and workforce planning
- •Support performance reviews, working with strong and weak employee results
- •Engage in the development and retention of key employees, calibrations, and succession planning
- •Assist in onboarding new employees and conduct meetings on the 10th, 45th, and 90th days
- •Help resolve conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and analyze reasons for turnover
- •Analyze HR metrics and support employees and leaders during changes and transformations
