What you'll do
- •Be a strategic HR partner for distributed international teams
- •Advise leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and change management
- •Develop a high-performance culture and support the performance review cycle
- •Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- •Optimize and standardize HR processes
- •Launch new HR initiatives, including engagement surveys and wellness programs
- •Manage complex employee relations cases and support the employee lifecycle

Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HRBP / Lead HR BP / Head of HR role
- •Experience working with international and local teams
- •Strong expertise in employee relations and performance management
- •Experience with multi-jurisdictional labor law
- •Skills in HR analytics and HRIS data
- •Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English
- •Experience in iGaming or highly regulated industry is a plus
