What you'll do
- โขBe a strategic HR partner for distributed international teams
- โขAdvise leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and change management
- โขDevelop a high-performance culture and support the performance review cycle
- โขDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures
- โขOptimize and standardize HR processes
- โขLaunch new HR initiatives, including engagement surveys and wellness programs
- โขManage complex employee relations cases and support the employee lifecycle

Requirements
- โข5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an HRBP / Lead HR BP / Head of HR role
- โขExperience working with international and local teams
- โขStrong expertise in employee relations and performance management
- โขExperience with multi-jurisdictional labor law
- โขSkills in HR analytics and HRIS data
- โขFluent in Armenian, Russian, and English
- โขExperience in iGaming or highly regulated industry is a plus
