## What you'll do

• •Guide leaders and employees regarding company policies and HR programs.
• •Develop programs to enhance the employee experience.
• •Coach and train managers in communication and interaction responsibilities.
• •Devise strategies for a positive working environment.
• •Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook.
• •Administer the performance management process.
• •Partner with Recruiting and Marketing teams to build company awareness.
