What you'll do
- โขManage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- โขClose key positions for team growth, prioritizing finance and operations roles.
- โขGradually build HR processes from scratch: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, HR reporting, motivation processes, leave and sick leave policies.
- โขHelp the company transition from manual management to a more systematic operational model.
- โขPropose and implement ATS/HRM tools if necessary.
- โขWork directly with the CEO: propose solutions, highlight risks, assist with hiring and team development.
- โขSupport employees and gradually form a clear HR infrastructure.
