The company works with iGaming, betting, crypto, and other high-risk merchants.

• •Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
• •Close key positions for team growth, prioritizing finance and operations roles.
• •Gradually build HR processes from scratch: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, HR reporting, motivation processes, leave and sick leave policies.
• •Help the company transition from manual management to a more systematic operational model.
• •Propose and implement ATS/HRM tools if necessary.
• •Work directly with the CEO: propose solutions, highlight risks, assist with hiring and team development.
• •Support employees and gradually form a clear HR infrastructure.

• •Work in an international payment company.
