What you'll do

  • โ€ขManage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • โ€ขClose key positions for team growth, prioritizing finance and operations roles.
  • โ€ขGradually build HR processes from scratch: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, HR reporting, motivation processes, leave and sick leave policies.
  • โ€ขHelp the company transition from manual management to a more systematic operational model.
  • โ€ขPropose and implement ATS/HRM tools if necessary.
  • โ€ขWork directly with the CEO: propose solutions, highlight risks, assist with hiring and team development.
  • โ€ขSupport employees and gradually form a clear HR infrastructure.
