What you'll do

  • •Create, edit, and manage employment contracts, and other essential documents.
  • •Oversee records management, including new hire paperwork and data integrity within multiple systems.
  • •Handle data input related to employee documents, personal information, and leave requests.
  • •Coordinate with various departments to maintain up-to-date information.
  • •Manage and update records for incident reports, disciplinary reports, and probationary reports.
  • •Gather data and create reports for key performance indicators.
  • •Supervise new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, including our company benefit program.
  • •Assist in updating company policies and procedures.
  • •Proactively suggest improvements to HR systems and processes.
  • •Provide training and mentorship to HR Admins in Canada.
  • •Assist in ad hoc projects and support team members as needed.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for immigration-related questions and support mobility and travel requests.
  • •Perform any other duties as assigned.
