Description
What you'll do
- •Search and hire international specialists for various company directions (marketing, outreach, community, moderators, designers, devs, growth, etc.)
- •Fully communicate with English-speaking candidates
- •Conduct initial screening, video interviews, and support candidates until they join the in-house team
- •Form a strong candidate pipeline for the company's rapid growth
- •Use modern sourcing methods: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, closed databases, networking, and other channels
- •Build effective hiring funnels for different positions
- •Understand the specifics of the AI/Web3 market and current trends
- •Help form an international team for a global product.
