Responsibilities
- •Full cycle of recruitment: from candidate search to onboarding.
- •Search and attract specialists for international positions.
- •Conduct phone and online interviews.
- •Maintain candidate database and support hiring processes.
- •Participate in the development of HR processes in the company.
Conditions
- •Office work only, Moscow.
- •Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00–21:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- •Salary from 100,000 to 150,000 ₽ (depending on experience and language proficiency).
- •Monthly bonus for each successfully hired employee.

Requirements
- •Experience in recruitment.
- •Experience in High Risk will be an advantage.
