Description

What you'll do

  • โ€ขLead the APAC HR team and HR function.
  • โ€ขManage, review and oversee payrolls in 4 countries.
  • โ€ขBe the central point of delivery for all recruitment in the region.
  • โ€ขOversee any government systems and reporting on the ground in Singapore.
  • โ€ขOversee and manage any visa and immigration needs in other countries in the region.
  • โ€ขDeliver advice and support across the organisation by providing input into operational people decisions and issues, using a collaborative approach.
  • โ€ขActively build effective relationships and partner with employees and managers ensuring a sound understanding of the workforce needs and issues.
  • โ€ขContribute to regional and global HR projects, programs and policies, partnering with team members across the globe.
  • โ€ขPlay a key role in the delivery of annual initiatives and including the Performance review cycle, development planning and Learning opportunities to ensure a high-performing culture is embedded.
  • โ€ขProvide human resources expertise to support effective management of risk and compliance, including legislative requirements, WHS, and return to work.
  • โ€ขBe a central point of contact for all our employees for lifecycle support and information.

Requirements

  • โ€ขRelevant HR team experience as well as management.
  • โ€ขExperience working in an APAC role, desirable if experience in Australia, New Zealand, Korea and/or Japan market.
  • โ€ขPayroll experience and attention to detail.
  • โ€ขExperienced HR generalist with proven business partnering skills.
  • โ€ขThorough working knowledge of employment relations legislation.
  • โ€ขDemonstrated success in developing and managing positive stakeholder relationships.
  • โ€ขStrong interpersonal skills.
  • โ€ขExceptional problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • โ€ขHigh-level organisational and time management skills.
  • โ€ขAbility to conduct research and analysis and apply where relevant.
  • โ€ขAbility to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
  • โ€ขHigh level of initiative with the ability to work independently.
  • โ€ขWell-developed verbal and written communication skills.
