HR Manager (GameDev)

Dream Forge is seeking a Middle HR Manager to handle recruitment and improve processes for their indie game studio.

Dream Forge is an indie studio developing PC games (casual / visual novel).

We work quickly with short development cycles, many releases, and a dynamic team of 20+ people.

## What you'll do

• •Full recruitment cycle (from vacancy to onboarding)
• •Active candidate search (LinkedIn, TG, etc.)
• •Conducting interviews
• •Improving hiring processes
• •Working with the current team (1:1, support, atmosphere)
• •Onboarding and employee retention
• •Developing the HR brand
