As an Office Coordinator you will
- •Support workplace orientation for new hires on their first day.
- •Responsible for the scheduling and administration of mandatory occupational health appointments.
- •Coordinate the planning and execution of mandatory Health & Safety (H&S) training sessions.
- •Manage and track the distribution of employee benefits cards (e.g: meal cards, etc.)
- •Coordinate, execute and track the distribution of Welcome and Buddy Kits and/or any other HR related-material to both on-site and remote employees.
- •Support the delivery of local wellbeing plan.
- •Maintain accurate digital and physical records ensuring all information is organized and up-to-date.
- •Perform general HR administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as needed.
- •Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- •Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.).
- •Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders.
- •Assist in vendor relationship management.
- •Responsible for all reception duties including directing visitors, receiving external calls, providing company information and directing calls.
- •Involved in the development and implementation of corporate events.
- •Supporting colleagues with travel and accommodation arrangements.
- •Supporting colleagues with courier and post arrangements.
- •Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
What you’ll bring
- •Bachelor degree.
- •2+ years of experience as Administrative; HR Assistant or similar roles.
- •Proficiency in G-Suite Tools and general computer literacy.
- •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- •Strong multitasking abilities and project coordination experience.
- •Great attention to detail.
- •Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to get things done.
- •Service-oriented mindset with a focus on people.
- •Fluency in written and spoken English.
