## What you'll do

• •Own the onboarding processes of employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• •Support visa applications, extensions, and renewals.
• •Draft employment-related documentation.
• •Ensure HR processes align with employment law and internal policies.
• •Manage the Employer of Record relationship.
• •Contribute to HR projects and support recruitment activities.
• •Conduct market research and support compensation benchmarking.
