- •Coordinate payroll, mandatory documentation, and regulatory reports across jurisdictions
- •Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including leaves, payments, and mandatory notifications
- •Coordinate compensation review cycles, bonuses, and performance reviews
- •Administer benefits programs, insurance, pension, and other employee benefits
- •Interact with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, IT, and external consultants
- •Maintain HR policies and documentation in line with legislative changes
