What you'll do
- •Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-tech specialists in various countries
- •Coordinate onboarding and support employees at all stages of work
- •Maintain and develop HR operations and administrative processes
- •Advise employees and local teams on HR issues
- •Participate in people processes: engagement, pulse surveys, performance review, and internal communications
- •Coordinate access, documentation, business trips, and other operational processes
