What you'll do
- •Support preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- •Conduct One-to-One meetings, Performance Reviews, and Exit Interviews
- •Support employees, prevent burnout, and help resolve conflicts
- •Develop corporate culture, inform employees about new processes and internal changes
- •Support PDP, Roadmap, and employee development with managers
- •Analyze engagement, motivation, and gather feedback from employees
- •Organize team-building events and participate in the development of HR processes
