We are looking for a strong HR (recruiter) for our investment projects team (promotions).

We seek someone with experience in our niche who understands the specifics and can quickly close positions.

## What you'll do

• •Full cycle of candidate recruitment (from search to onboarding)
• •Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• •Onboarding new employees
• •Managing and posting vacancies
• •Sourcing through cold and hot channels
• •Collaborating with the team and team leads
• •Continuously improving the hiring funnel
