Description
Key Responsibilities
- •**HR Systems Support**
- •Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including UKG and Lattice, by assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
- •Assist with HR technology enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives, including discovery, testing, documentation, and coordination activities.
- •Support employee data updates and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
- •**Performance Management Support**
- •Partner with HRBPs to administer performance review cycles in Lattice.
- •Support review cycle launches, communications, scheduling, and compliance throughout each phase of the process.
- •Lead Lattice trainings/info sessions.
- •**Reporting & Data Management**
- •Develop and deliver ad hoc HR reports, alerts and metrics using UKG/Lattice People Analytics, Excel, or other reporting tools.
- •Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- •Support ongoing compliance reporting initiatives.
- •**User Support**
- •Serve as a point of contact for HRIS and performance management related questions and user support requests.
- •Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members on HR system processes and functionality.
- •Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SharePoint site content to support a strong self-service culture.

Requirements
Qualifications
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- •2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or related HR functions.
- •Experience working with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice preferred.
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately and confidentially.
- •Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reports and HR data.
- •Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills.
- •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- •Experience supporting HR processes such as performance management or employee data management is a plus.
