What You Will Do
- •Deploy HR development policies regarding employment, training, and workforce management to your internal clients as a true Business Partner.
- •Manage personnel administration from entry to exit for your collaborators.
- •Collaborate with Managers to identify and develop employee skills to retain talent.
- •Work with various HR entities to contribute to the evolution of the function through transversal projects.
- •Keep your population informed about key HR events.

What Is Required
- •Degree in HR and/or Social Law (Bac+5).
- •5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or generalist HR managing a complete HR cycle in a defined scope.
- •At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth international environment with strong English proficiency.
- •Experience in transformation/growth environments with skills in talent acquisition, training, workforce management, and labor law.
- •Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple topics autonomously.
- •Strong communication skills and active listening ability.
