What you'll be doing

  • β€’Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • β€’Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities
  • β€’Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • β€’Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
  • β€’Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll, tax, insurance administration
  • β€’Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience

What we're looking for

  • β€’Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • β€’Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive
  • β€’Familiar with integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency
  • β€’Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Canva
  • β€’Good communication skills and a team player mindset
  • β€’Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment
  • β€’Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR
  • β€’Able to commit to working at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
