Inbound Request Manager

On4at is seeking an Inbound Request Manager to handle warm incoming chats and maintain communication quality.

## What you'll do

• •Handle warm incoming chats (no calls).
• •Guide clients to target actions.
• •Maintain conversion and communication quality.
• •Communicate with clients via chat, providing desired products.

## Conditions

• •18-25% from sales/KPI.
• •Income: from $1000+ per month.
• •Office format in Serbia/Belgrade.
• •Timely payments, training, team lead support.
• •Warm base, no client searching.

• •English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• •Experience in arbitration/sales (training provided if lacking).
• •Willingness to work according to American and European time zones.
• •Confident PC user skills.
