We produce dog and cat food based on entomoprotein (BSF) and are forming a new culture of pet care through modern products, services, and a strong community around the brand.
What you'll do
- •Managing the full-cycle ambassador program from selection and negotiations to ongoing support.
- •Building and developing the ambassador community, maintaining trust with key influencers.
- •Working with performance metrics: ROMI, CPO, DRR, attribution. Understanding attribution limitations: promo codes vs UTM, working with adjusted estimates of influencer contributions.
- •Managing paid integrations track (performance): controlling ROMI, optimizing unprofitable segments, reallocating budget towards profitable ones.
- •Developing terms and formats for long-term cooperation tailored to specific influencers and platforms.
- •Ensuring quality communication, adherence to agreements, and timely outputs.
- •Resolving disputes with influencers, maintaining the brand's reputation.
- •Collaborating with analytics for each partner, understanding the contribution of each ambassador to results.
- •Creating and maintaining a partner database, systematizing cooperation history.
