Responsibilities
- •Develop and implement influencer marketing strategy;
- •Scale channels through influencers and integrations;
- •Expand into international markets (LATAM, Asia, MENA, etc.);
- •Build long-term relationships with key influencers;
- •Manage a team of influence managers: hire, develop, set KPIs;
- •Lead advertising integrations (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X/Twitter, etc.);
- •Control content quality and brand compliance;
- •Monitor campaign effectiveness, budgets, and key metrics;
- •Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics.

Requirements
Requirements
- •5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Partnerships / Business Development;
- •Experience managing a team at the Team Lead / Head level;
- •Strong negotiation skills and partnership-building experience;
- •Experience working with international influencers;
- •Understanding of performance metrics and analytics;
- •English language from B2 and above.
