Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Outreach & Growth Manager to attract influencers and KOLs for utility projects on Solana, Base, Ethereum, and BNB. PGON is a safe way to withdraw crypto to a card without P2P and pay with crypto via SBP QR in Russia.
Responsibilities
- •Search for and attract influencers and KOLs in the Solana, Base, and ETH niches.
- •Develop audience engagement strategies and build relationships with attracted influencers.
- •Negotiate paid, revshare, early access, and other collaboration formats.
- •Maintain a database of influencers and monitor current collaborations.
- •Analyze promotion effectiveness and improve results.
Conditions
- •Full-time or strong part-time (at least 25 hours per week).
- •Percentage of project profits + possible salary/fixed payment by agreement.
Requirements
- •Experience working with crypto influencers for at least 3 months.
- •Understanding of utility and DeFi projects.
- •Ability to turn product mechanics into clear marketing.
- •Good written English.
- •Independence and initiative.
