Requirements
- •Minimum 2 years prior desktop support or related experience.
- •Solid knowledge of PC hardware and computer internals.
- •Ability to troubleshoot workstation OS (Linux), applications, peripherals, network and audio-visual issues.
- •Working knowledge of Linux command-line.
- •Familiarity with Git.
- •Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning.
- •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- •Ability to work well as part of a team.
- •Clear and concise communication skills.
