## What you'll do

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years prior desktop support or related experience.
  • Solid knowledge of PC hardware and computer internals.
  • Ability to troubleshoot workstation OS (Linux), applications, peripherals, network and audio-visual issues.
  • Working knowledge of Linux command-line.
  • Familiarity with Git.
  • Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
