Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • **Business Development & Pipeline Management**
  • Identify and onboard institutional prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, VCs, and high-frequency trading firms within the EMEA markets
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: from cold outreach and lead qualification to KYC/onboarding and first trade execution
  • Maintain a high volume of activity with a “no-hesitation” approach to outreach and follow-up
  • **Product & Ecosystem Mastery**
  • Articulate the value proposition of [Blockchain.com](http://blockchain.com)’s institutional suite: OTC Spot liquidity, Options/Derivatives strategies, and Market Making services as well as any other products that [Blockchain.com](http://blockchain.com) has to offer
  • Stay ahead of market trends, including regulatory shifts in the market and emerging blockchain protocols
  • **Relationship Management & Internal Synergy**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients that you bring on, ensuring white-glove service and rapid response times
  • Collaborate closely with the Trading Desk to communicate market colour and ensure seamless trade execution for clients
  • Work with the Legal and Compliance teams to navigate the specific onboarding requirements of EMEA institutional entities

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • **Experience:**
  • 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Trading (Traditional Finance or Crypto background preferred)
  • **Knowledge:**
  • Strong foundational understanding of OTC trading, market-making mechanics, and the digital asset ecosystem
  • **Mindset:**
  • A “hunter” mentality with high resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • **Communication:**
