What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • โ€ขIdentify and drive institutional sales opportunities in the EU market. Build a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities from consulting, educating, planning to advisory with institutional clients.
  • โ€ขDevelop client profiling - identify previous success cases and develop them into viable, replicable efforts to repeat success and where marketing efforts should be channelled.
  • โ€ขDefine and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients.
  • โ€ขClose sales opportunities with particular focus on high revenue, high impact value deals.
  • โ€ขEnsure prospects or new clients are good standing and will not introduce risk to the OKX business, be it financial reputation, regulatory or others.
  • โ€ขArticulate client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to senior management teams and product related teams with suggested proposals.

Requirements

What We Look For In You

  • โ€ขExperienced sales professional with proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
  • โ€ขDemonstrated strong stakeholder management ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • โ€ขExtensive knowledge in products that we offer for institutional clients (particularly focusing on Spot).
  • โ€ขEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
  • โ€ขHighly motivated and self-driven with a passion for business development.
  • โ€ขStrong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • โ€ขAdaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
